Welcome to Early Learning Mentoring 101! We are excited to embark upon this journey together with you!

This course aims to equip early learning directors, assistant directors, and educational leaders to effectively mentor teachers, engage families, and strengthen professional practices. Here are a few things to note about the course structure. This is a hybrid training, meaning, there will be a combination of online lessions (5) which you will access here on your Tovuti Learning Platform, and (4) face-to-face learning sessions which will be conducted via Zoom. There will also be an opeional Q&A session during each module which will serve as my "office hours" to answer any questions you may have about the lesson. Also, please note, each module will have a pre and post test. You must complete the post test after completing the course assignments. You will not be able to move on to the next module if you do not complete the post test.
